GB/T 33167 specifies the classification, code, order content, size, shape and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes for industrial furnaces of petroleum and chemical hydrogenation unit. GB/T 33167 is applicable to seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes with outer diameters ranging from 68mm to 273mm for industrial furnaces of petroleum and chemical hydrogenation unit.
GB/T 33167规定了石油化工加氢装置工业炉用不锈钢无缝钢管的分类及代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形及重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 33167适用于外径68mm~273mm的石油化工加氢装置工业炉用不锈钢无缝钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
