GB/T 32964 specifies the classification, ordering content, size, shape and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded stainless steel pipes for liquefied natural gas. GB/T 32964 is applicable to austenitic stainless steel welded steel pipes for liquefied natural gas with nominal outside diameter ranging from 219.1mm to 1219mm.
GB/T 32964规定了液化天然气用不锈钢焊接钢管的分类、订货内容、尺寸、外形及重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 32964适用于公称外径为219.1mm~1219mm的液化天然气用奥氏体不锈钢焊接钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
