GB/T 30073 specifies the shape, code, order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of seamless austenitic stainless steel tubes for heat exchangers in nuclear power plant. GB/T 30073 is applicable to seamless austenitic stainless steel tubes in straight length, U bending and II-shaped type for heat exchangers of nuclear power plant safety class 2, 3 and non-nuclear safety class.
GB/T 30073规定了核电站热交换器用奥氏体不锈钢无缝钢管的形状与代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 30073适用于核电站核安全2、3级和非核安全级热交换器用奥氏体不锈钢无缝直管、U形管及II形管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
