GB 13296 specifies the classification, code, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of stainless steel seamless steel tubes for boilers and heat exchangers. GB 13296 is applicable to stainless steel seamless steel tubes for boilers and heat exchangers.

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
