Thanks to the potential of the production lines, the company is also able to cut down multiple pipes with tolerances of +/-0.5, in this way making semifinished products ready for first machining with ends that are completely free of cutting swarf. The shiny, even surface of products obtained from cold re-rolled strip is then suitable for undergoing chromium and nickel plating and for the application of transparent varnish, with impeccable results. The pipes obtained from hot rolled strip, on the other, are particularly suitable for products that will have to be completely coated with paint or that will undergo galvanisation. GLOBALTUBI also guarantees pipe washing which, in the case of particularly demanding usages, removes all extraneous swarf. |
